Interview with Merrill Rep about his Client Advisory Board

Mike Kaufman, of the K&H Group of Merrill Lynch, was interviewed Friday on the CEO Hour internet radio show.  You can listen to the program here.  

In it, Mike describes some of the successes and results of his client advisory board and some principles that contributed to his success. 

The interview is separated into two parts.  In the first segment, they lay out background information on Mike's practice, and just barely get into the discussion of the board.  The second segment is more focused on the board itself.
